Q: Should I get a membership before making reservations?
A: No.
  
Q: Do you offer special prices/discounts for long stay guests?
A: Yes. We offer 30% off discount for guests staying more than 30 days and prepaying in full when checking in. 
 
Q: Do you offer breakfast with accommodations?
A: No, we don’t. Our guests purchase Royal Host Restaurant breakfast tickets from our front desk. Tickets are NT$100 each however worth NT$132 at the restaurant. Breakfast service hours are from 7 A.M. to10:30 A.M..
 
Q: Can I bring my own pet to hotel?
A: No.
 
Q: Are IDs required when checking in?
A: Yes. According to local regulations, IDs are required when checking in. We are sorry but we don’t accept guests offering no IDs. 
 
Q: Can I use a credit card at Y Hotel Taipei?
A: Yes. SSL official booking, we accept Visa, Master, JCB. In person, we accept Visa, Master, JCB, AE and CUP Credit cards.  As regarding for billing via fax, we only accept Visa, Master and JCB credit cards. 
 
Q: Can I remit the payment to Y Hotel Taipei?
A: Yes, Remittance information as follows:

Q: Do you offer a safe to keep luxury?
A: Yes, we do. We offer safe services at our front desk. 
 
Q: Do you offer luggage services?
A: Yes, we do.   We offer luggage services for our checking-out guests. And we also offer services for guests arriving here before 15:00.  
 
Q: What’s the difference between Twin Room and Double Room?
A: We offer two single beddings for Twin Room guests and one large bedding for Double Room guests.  
 
 
Q: How do I make overseas YMCA reservations?
A: Please refer to webpage from www.ymca.int.
